A very rare Los Angeles-area appearance by
San Diego-based, Georgia-bred Mark Neill and his group the Unknowns!
They have been playing together since the late 1970s, when they were
signed to Sire/Warner Brothers Records as one of the "new wave." Mark's
amazing guitar abilities were influenced by Duane Eddy, Merle Travis, the
Ventures, and the Fireballs, among many others, and he himself was one of
the most influential guitar players on the Los Angeles punk and new wave
scene. He is also known as an expert producer, having worked in his
San Diego recording studio with groups such as the Paladins,
the Old 97s, Big Sandy, and Deke Dickerson!

Eddie Angel joined the Unknowns for a rousing version of Link Wray's "The Swag!"
